At KIXP we have enabled our peering but a big percentage of guys don't even have the address themselves and I continue to encourage them to go ahead. However, as there are many ways of skinning a troublsome cat there may be ways of going round the software patenting barrier. <br><br>I would recommend you seek the adise of Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI), the body that deals with patenting in Kenya.
