3 apples changed the world. The 1st tempted eve. The 2nd inspired Newton. And the 3rd was offered to the world half eaten by Steve Jobs.
A little over a month ago Steve Jobs stepped down as don at Apple…he said “I have always said if there ever came a day when I could no longer meet my duties and expectations as Apple’s CEO, I would be the first to let you know. Unfortunately, that day has come.”
Cancer has yet again robbed us of a brilliant human being, whose impact on mankind with reverberate for eons to come. He has indeed faced challenges since his birth and …today…right now I hold a minutes silence in his honor. Drawing from some of the most pivotal points in his life, Steve Jobs, chief executive officer and co-founder of Apple Computer and of Pixar Animation Studios, urged graduates to pursue their dreams and see the opportunities in life’s setbacks — including death itself — at the university’s 114th Commencement on June 12, 2005.
For entrepreneurs and non entrepreneurial types alike…follow your dream, connect the dots. The only way to do great work is to do what you love.
